Primary Objective:
To provide 24 hour per day water and dive rescue capabilities within our primary response area; Services to include both
surface and sub-surface rescue. To supplement existing municipal rescue services in our primary response area.
Secondary Objective:
To provide underwater investigative and recovery capabilities,
and to educate the public in water safety procedures.
